Dialio is a phone calling application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Account information: Your email address and authentication details, used to create and manage your account.
• Phone numbers: The numbers you provision and the numbers you call, used to provide the calling service.
• Contacts: Accessed only on-device when you choose to dial a contact. We do not upload or store your contact list on our servers.
• Microphone/Audio: Used solely for making and receiving phone calls in real time. We do not record or store your conversations.
• Push notification tokens: Used to notify you of incoming calls and messages.
• Call logs: Number dialed, call duration, and timestamp are stored for your records and billing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide the calling service — placing calls, receiving calls, and managing your phone numbers.
• Process billing and credit transactions.
• Send you notifications about incoming calls.
• Improve the reliability and quality of our service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Dialio:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and push notifications.
• Telnyx: Telephony infrastructure for calls and phone numbers.
• Google Play Billing: Payment processing for subscriptions and credits.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Call audio is transmitted using encrypted WebRTC connections and is never stored.

Data Retention

Call logs and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
